Relaxing place to stay in Aachen. Room was warm and location was pleasant. The staff - respectful and was willing to help with the requests. We thoroughly enjoyed eggs, meats and breads served during the American breakfast. Quick check in and in general helpful service...

The staff was really accommodating, made our stay really good. Lots of options for breakfast including eggs, breads and meats. Pool was very clean and there was a good restaurant on site. Non-alcoholic drinks, complimentary wifi were a nice surprise.

Loved how well presented the property was. Quick American breakfast - yummy selection. Absolutely excellent staff were eager to help, that's a big plus. Lovely location to thermal baths.

The hotel was delightful, as you can expect from Aachen. Extraordinary view, a beautiful balcony, very clean bed, too. The breakfast food was tasty, with meats, eggs and fresh bread etc. The venue was in a very pleasant area. Efficient service was provided.

generally, its great place, really loved it. efficient people working here. the modern bathroom is absolutely the best.

It was decidedly an excellant base for a family. An individual safe, a flat-screen TV and a seating area available in the comfort double room.

The beds were extremely comfortable. A right place for exploring Aachen.
